SURECURE VISIT IS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM FOR SCHEDULING NON-EMERGENCY HOME VISITS. IT IS NOT AN AMBULANCE SERVICE AND IS NOT DESIGNED, EQUIPPED, OR INTENDED TO HANDLE LIFE-THREATENING MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.
IF YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER EXPERIENCES CHEST PAIN, ACUTE SHORTNESS OF BREATH, SEVERE UNCONTROLLED BLEEDING, STROKE SYMPTOMS, LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS, SEVERE TRAUMA, OR ANY LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY, IMMEDIATELY CALL 108 / 112 OR PROCEED TO THE NEAREST HOSPITAL EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT. 2. Nature of Platform & Independent Contractor Status
NLR Group of Companies Private Limited operates SureCure Visit as a digital intermediary technology platform connecting patients with independent, licensed medical practitioners ("Doctors").
We verify that listed practitioners hold active registration with their respective State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC). However, we do not practice medicine or deliver clinical services directly. Medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical examination, and prescriptions are the sole professional responsibility of the independent attending physician.
3. Account Eligibility & Medical Truthfulness Duty
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create an account.
You are strictly responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete medical histories, including drug allergies, current medications, and symptoms. Doctors formulate treatment plans based on information in your profile. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete medical history releases the Platform and attending doctor from liability for resulting adverse reactions.
4. Visit Booking, Acceptance & Premise Safety
A visit booking represents a request until formally accepted by a practitioner. Doctors retain full clinical discretion to accept, decline, or cancel a visit request based on location, schedule, or specialty suitability.
Estimated arrival windows are approximations based on real-time transit and consultation duration. Unforeseen traffic or clinical delays may affect arrival times.
The patient/guardian must ensure a safe, hygienic, and lawful physical environment for the visiting doctor. A doctor reserves the right to decline entry or terminate a visit immediately if they reasonably deem the environment unsafe, abusive, or hazardous.
5. Consultation Fees & Transparent Billing
The consultation fee for a home visit is displayed upfront prior to booking confirmation and remains fixed. No door-step surcharges or negotiation is permitted.
Unless digital online payment is enabled for your booking, payment is due in cash or direct UPI to the attending doctor upon completion of the home consultation.
The consultation fee covers the doctor's home visit and examination only. Medicines, diagnostic lab tests, nursing care, or specialist hospital referrals are billed separately by those respective providers.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Platform Misuse
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Submitting fraudulent or false visit requests, or impersonating another person.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in disrespectful behavior toward visiting medical personnel.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to platform databases, security tokens, or user accounts.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to harvest doctor profiles or platform data.
- Re-selling, sub-licensing, or commercially exploiting platform booking services.
7. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, trademarks, software code, UI designs, wordmarks, graphics, database structures, and platform architecture associated with SureCure Visit are the exclusive intellectual property of NLR Group of Companies Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright and trademark law.
8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the cumulative liability of NLR Group of Companies Private Limited for any claims arising out of platform usage shall be limited to the consultation fee paid for the specific visit in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms, provision of false medical data, or unsafe premises.
9. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Telangana, India.
